Youth Workcamp provides a wonderful opportunity
for CPC youth to carry out their mission by assisting residents in many areas of the country and the world
Our high school youth have been participating in Group Workcamps home repair trips for the past six years. They join with other Christian teens from around the country for a full week to build and repair porches, wheelchair ramps and fences, paint homes, hang drywall, and serve elderly, disabled, and disadvantaged homeowners.
Over the years we’ve been to Harrodsburg, Kentucky; Racine, Wisconsin; Freeport, Illinois; and Montgomery, West Virginia. In summer 2008 we went to Indianapolis, Indiana.
In 2010, the high school youth went to Clearfield, Pennsylvania for workcamp, to do home repair.
